A „word-tree“ tells hotel stories
On the west side of the Hotel Impala you will find 30 elements of glass with individual words that together form a tree. This “word-tree” tells many stories in the shortest of all forms: Each story is simply told in one word!
The word “cooking” for example tells the story of a kitchen idea. We interviewed business-travellers about what they missed in hotels. And many answered: “The feeling of being at home.”. So we decided to add a small kitchen to every hotel room. Anyone who is able to host himself and also guests has won a precious piece of feeling at home.
Another example is the word “natural”. It tells the story about our choice of materials for the Hotel Impala. We used exclusively natural materials like glass, bamboo, natural stone,... Because we are convinced about the good feeling that such a surrounding creates and the well-being of our guests that is augmented.
We could tell many more stories. But maybe you can tell us how YOU experience the Hotel Impala in Herzogenaurach – and which stories come to YOUR mind when regarding the “word-tree”? We are looking forward to it!
